Jim and I both thank you for doing such a fabulous job at our wedding reception on May 15th! I cannot tell you how many guests have come up to us and said what a blast they had!!! More than a few have said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. They also commented on how much fun you were. Everyone at the reception, young and older, was on the dance floor at some point. We could not have been more pleased. The mix of songs was perfect, from the cocktail hour, through dinner, and of course after dessert. Thank you again for helping to make our special day such a memorable one! DJ Addam performed at our wedding on June 26 in Loeb House, (Harvard Campus) Cambridge, Massachusetts. We have gotten many compliments about the DJ from our guests. The music was perfectly suited for the occasion, and all the guests were dancing all night long, even my parents and my wife's parents. Addam knew exactly what to say, when to say, and when not to do anything (e.g. no conga lines, no Macarena... exactly as we had requested). Incidentally, we have lots of great video footage of the crowded dance floor and of the parents doing their hilarious dances. In short, Addam was the perfect DJ- thanks for making our wedding reception a fun and exciting night to remember.

I am writing this to highly recommend Addam Haggerup as a professional DJ for weddings or any other function. We had 180 people at our wedding in Aug. of 2004 outside under a tent and the music was perfect. I have never seen a dance floor so filled during a wedding, and many of our guests commented during and after the wedding on how they enjoyed the music. I would like to emphasize that the dance floor was filled for almost the entire reception, until it was time to call it a night. Addam also was the music man for my best friend's wedding, and again he was a big reason for the day being so memorable. My wife and I found Addam to be very helpful and knowledgable about what would be great music for cocktail hr, his choices being very classy and perfect for the mood we wanted before the reception. As a part-time DJ myself, I was incredibly selective while searching for a DJ to perform at my own wedding in October, 2002. My fiancée at the time (now wife) and I talked to several different agencies and met with a couple of individual disc jockeys, but only grew more frustrated as the process wore on -- we found it difficult to find someone who not only possessed a solid depth of experience and sound musical knowledge but who would also take the time to make our celebration personal and unique. So many DJ’s in the market today perform the same mundane songs at back-to-back events weekend after weekend that their spark has long since faded. I was so mistrustful of the DJ’s we had met that I even contemplated trying to DJ my own reception.
That frustration and mistrust ended the moment dj addam offered to perform for us. While I had hired addam on several occasions to play at corporate functions through my job planning large-scale events, I hadn’t realized that he also performed at weddings.

Not only did addam create a festive, inclusive atmosphere for the widely ranging demographics of our guests, but he also mixed a perfect blend of their requests, our personal favorites, and his own inimitably styled selections. The dance floor was hopping so much that by the end of addam’s phenomenal overtime set it had physically shifted several feet!
If you’re looking for a seasoned professional, talented beat-mixer, stylistic individual, and warm, easy-to-work-with soul, than I can make no stronger recommendation than to hire dj addam for your event.
