addam is a seasoned disc jockey with over a decade and over 2000 events of experience. His specialties include marriage celebrations tailored to alternative lifestyles and cultures (i.e., gothic/industrial, pagan/wiccan, gay/lesbian/transgender, multiple partnered, spirtualist/buddhist, etc), nightclub and progressive dance parties, and upscale corporate events.

costs/deposits

The typical base fee for a 5 hour wedding reception is $1,000. this fee is all inclusive, with the exception of travel outside of mainland massachusetts. the deposit required is $300, to be paid upon the signing of a performance agreement.

however, every event is unique and discounts are available for off-peak periods. please inquire for a specific quote.

extras

there are no extras. here you will find no confusing menu of additional services, such as lighting rigs, photo/video packages, or catalogues of inflatable musical instruments. clients are encouraged to seek independent professionals to fulfill such needs.

availability

to insure the best quality of service, bookings are limited. peak dates are often booked 12 to 18 months in advance. scheduling of private events at least 3 months in advance is recommended, to avoid conflicts with travel, touring, and nightclub schedules.

exclusivity

simply put, dj addam is not the best choice for some events... and so booking priority is placed on the clientele whose needs are met best by the available services. no hard sell, no props, no cookie-cutter approach!

charitable events

dj addam offers discounted or free services to non-religious and non-politically affiliated organizations working toward progressive humanitarian, civil liberties, and environmental causes on a case-by-case basis. proposals by email are welcome.
